Enjoyed every detail about our such great 2 nights stay here. The room was beautiful with a double bed. The staff was lovely & polite.

Location and staff were very good, overall the hotel was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Greatly enjoyed the room with tea and coffee making facilities, my bed was comfy.

I truly enjoyed spending time here. I had a really great experience here, everything was great, the location was marvellous very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the old town and the centre. The room I stayed in was wonderful and incredibly comfortable with a balcony as well as tea.

I loved every detail here, including location and staff, that were perfect! Comfortable room, fairly clean bathroom. It was located opposite a train station in Florence. Early check-in. Lobby was nice. I had a very pleasant time at this hotel and would stay here again.

Very attentive staff and a top location. Strategic location with the train station in front of the hotel. Moreover, an indoor market hall was 10 minutes' walk away. Our room was immaculate and unique. Amazing facilities and the pool was good. Besides, parking was available nearby.

Renovated building, pretty nice and 10/10 rooms. The staff did all they can for a really really nice stay. Our room had a good bed and a scenic view. Attentive service overall. Central location of this business hotel was a bonus. We loved to have lunch at Trattoria za Za, found it at a moderate distance from the venue.

All in all a well laid out hotel and perfectly pleasant stay. Everything was first class and rooms were good sized and huge. Genuinely service-minded and considerable staff.

Perfect locaiton, accross from the Santa Maria Novella train station, and overall wonderful experience for a great price
